On Arrival
We know that preparing, packing and making the journey can be tiring. That’s why we want your arrival at Le Mas Sarrat to feel relaxed and easy.
We’ll call you the week before your stay to answer any last-minute questions and help you feel ready for your holiday. A complimentary welcome basket of basics will be waiting when you arrive. For a few extra treats, you can upgrade to a Silver, Gold, Nutritious or BBQ basket. You’ll find details of what’s included and prices in our FAQ section.
Once you’ve settled in, there are plenty of ways to unwind. Alongside our on-site facilities and services, massage treatments, manicures, pedicures, Pilates and yoga can all be organised by prior arrangement, giving you time to relax and make the most of your stay.
Welcome Basket
A complimentary 'welcome basket' with breakfast essentials will be waiting for you upon your arrival. This includes bread, croissants, jam, tea, milk and coffee. Other 'welcome basket' options are available - please see our FAQs for further details.
A Home from Home
The children’s beds and cots will be made up and ready – each with it’s own welcome gift. You can also pre-order a first night dinner to be waiting in you accommodation.
Honesty Shop/Bar
Use our 'honesty shop' stocked with useful basics: milk, pasta, pasta sauces, fruit purees, biscuits, ice lollies, ice creams, home made pre-prepared frozen food and, of course, soft drinks, cold beers, local rose, red wines and champagne!
Simply note down in the book provided what you have used and settle up at the end of your holiday.
