Set in the countryside near the medieval village of Lherm, our two adjoining three-bedroom cottages give groups a welcoming and relaxing break in a sought-after region in the South-West of France.
Book both cottages together and your group can spread out across six bedrooms while sharing the pool, gardens and easy rhythm of life here. A separate one-bedroom apartment can add further flexibility, subject to availability.
Come with friends, bring several generations of the family, plan an active break or simply gather around the table. You can fill every day, or happily do very little at all.

Group experiences
Slow mornings. Long lunches. A woodland walk from the door. A bike ride through the countryside. A morning browsing the markets, tasting local wine or trying your hand at pottery. At Le Mas Sarrat, you can build the holiday around whatever brings your group together.
The off-peak season (May, June, September and October) is a wonderful time to gather your friends and explore the Lot region at a gentler pace. Think spring walks through wildflowers, leisurely vineyard visits and markets filled with seasonal produce. Return for a swim in the heated pool from May to September, or settle inside on an October evening. With Fiona’s local knowledge to guide you, there’s always something worth discovering.
From July to August, the famous summer days offers plenty of reasons to escape to South West France and invites you to make the most out of outdoor living. Spend mornings exploring the villages and markets, afternoons beside the pool and evenings sharing a barbecue on the terrace. For families and friends holidaying together, there’s time for adventures and plenty of opportunity to simply enjoy each other’s company.

We feel incredibly lucky to have stayed in such a wonderful place. Huge thanks to Fiona for making our stay so comfortable, and for introducing us to Le Mas Sarrat’s gorgeous animals. What a treat it was been to feed and spend time with them.
Our favourite places to visit have been the Lac Vert at Catus, and the lake at Cazals where we enjoyed the aqua park, paddle boarding and cooling off! Exploring the local towns and their markets has also been great fun.
